Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why haven’t I received a ticket even though I have bought one?
A: Your booking reference number IS your ticket – just bring it along with some type of I.D.
Q: What time does it start?
A: You can gain access from 10am on the Saturday. Performances begin at about 1pm. Your ticket entitles you to camp on the Sat and Sun nights only.
Q: Do I need a tent?
A: Yes. You can sleep under a tree if you like, but we wouldn’t recommend it (August can get nippy). There are Tipis and a couple of Yurts on site but these are privately owned and are not available to hire during music events.
Q: What else do I need?
A: We would recommend a torch and sturdy footwear – this event is not in an open field with lighting – its in the woods and it gets dark.
Q: What time does the Rave start?
A: You’ve come to the wrong place!
Q: Are children allowed?
A: We have a very limited number of under 16yrs childrens tickets.
Q: What other facilities are on the sight?
A: There is a small camping shop near the front entrance. A Fire-pit, a Bar, Cocktail Bar and food stall near the performance area. Toilet facilities (separate Ladies and Gents) and washing area (a sink and a tap to be honest!)
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: No.
Q: Wheres the nearest train station?
A: Grange-over-Sands or Windermere.
Q: Can I cook my own food?
A: Yes. Small barbecues or cooking equipment allowed. No ground fires allowed for obvious safety reasons.
Q: I am used to the V.I.P. area at the Posh Fest and require hot running water and extravagant dining. Should I come to your event.
A: NO!
